With over 25 years of experience in the bicycle industry, Charlie Beal brings a wealth of technical expertise and competitive insight. Having served 13 years as the head service technician at one of Connecticut's premier bike shops, Charlie is a master of everything from traditional fixed-gear mechanics to cutting-edge wireless electronics, hydraulic disc brakes, and complex suspension service. His deep technical knowledge is complemented by a lifetime of riding and racing across North America and Spain, ensuring that every bike he touches is optimized for peak performance and real-world reliability.
